Seguo da un pò questa azienda di bici artigianali francesi ( victoirecycles) e l'ultimo post su Instagram. Mi ha  colpito e mi chiedevo se anche in Italia la trasmissione delle competenze in materia avviene allo stesso modo o solo in maniera "informale". Mi chiedevo, insomma, se si tratta della solita disorganizzazione italiana oppure di un diverso modo di preparare le nuove leve (ammesso che ce ne siano..)

This winter, Victoire and Afpa , will work together to train the next generation of framebuilders ! During this partnership, which will begin on February the 6th, we will share our knowledge to trainees. The 575 hours of instruction that will be provided will allow them to acquire a solid base of skills about the profession of bicycle framebuilder. Through this act of transmission, we wish to promote the development of a local, sustainable and high quality production. We hope, thanks to our commitments, in partnership with  @association_artisans_cycles  to perpetuate the French bicycle craft and to lead to the creation of an official title of bicycle framebuilder recognised by the government. Sorry folks, this training is only accessible to French people.
