A classic in bicycle touring, for beginners and for more experienced tourists who want to enjoy the spectacular views of Italy, Austria and Slovenia along this itinerary.

We're talking about the Drau Cycle Path, of course, from Toblach to Maribor!

Our No Plans Journey through Europe led us here, cycling through some of the Visegrád villages. The first is Slovakia: by bicycle we came from Ukraine and the last bits of Carpathians, to cycle West and touch the Tatra Mountains and dive into Poland. A wonderful itinerary of secondary roads and unexpected cycle ways.

This Czech Republic Bike Tour is fun and easy: road signs everywhere, cycling paths... During our European bike tour we cycled through Moravia, Vysočina and Bohemia, pedalling along rivers and sweet hills of the two main cities: this is our itinerary from Brno to Prague on the European Cycling Route Eurovelo 4

The front region is definitely one of the most important areas to carry objects when cycling. This is valid also when bikepacking: you can find so many handlebar bags. Depending on the type of bicycle traveller you are, you'll need more or less space, a different hooking system, different materials... In this article I'll be analyzing all the features to be considered before purchasing a bikepacking handlebar bag, then I'll list and compare 17 of them.

Picking Italy's 14 best cycling roads among the variety of itineraries of this magic country has been my hardest job ever. Each region, with its features, biodiversity, architectural and natural wonders, is crossed by hundreds of trails and itineraries up on the hills, mountains to then get back to the sea, tumultuous rivers, or quiet lakes... Italy by bicycle offers so many possibilities for a visit... to simplify things and inspire you, we decided to list here Italy's 14 best cycling roads you need to ride.

Picking the world's 10 best cycling roads among the many paths and routes on our planet was not easy at all. Every country, on its own, along with its own features, biodiversity and stunning views, offers a very ample variety of tracks on mountains, coastal roads, plains, creating new and incredible adventures in the travellers' minds. To simplify things and try to inspire you, we tried to pick the world's ten best cycling roads you need to ride, choosing among the ones we cycled on...

Prosecco bicycle tour: hills covered in vineyards, glasses and sparkling wine... Cycling in Valdobbiadene is a pleasant up and downhill passing by many wine producers where you cannot say no to a good glass of wine. The Piave river, not far, tells many sad stories when hate didn't spare anyone, even the green island known as the Island of the Deads. A mill, a castle high above, a villa and a long textile tradition: this is not only a cycling itinerary but a real bicycle tour into the living heart of Valdobbiadene and its surroundings.

Cinque Terre bike tour is an unforgettable experience. Small villages on top of the hills on the cliff above the sea, it might seem impossible to be able to cycle through Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Rio Maggiore. It's actually possible, and it's amazing!

Gorilla Cages, Anything Cages, Cargo Cages, Fork Cages... you can call them as you want, but none of them can give a clue about what these things are... It's some sort of cages, made of different materials, bigger than a usual bottle cage but smaller than a rack, to be mounted on the bicycle fork. They are used mainly to carry (on the fork) smaller bags (from 1 to 5 litres) in a bikepacking setup, but we're allowed to mount them on an MTB or a gravel bike... In this article, we're going to analyze the main features and functions of these Gorilla Cages, then I'm listing the 11 best in my opinion.

It's waiting for you, while you nervously swallow. It's the widest salty expanse in the world, you're just a bicycle traveller like many others reaching the whitest and shiny surface of Salar de Uyuni by bicycle. You can stop, while thinking you're unable to control your excitement... a dream is becoming true and it just doesn't seem true. You check around you, pick a white chip, you taste it: it's real salt... you didn't imagine it: Uyuni is just in front of your wheels: just keep riding!

Crossing continental Greece by bike, leaving the Adriatic Sea behind to reach the Aegean Sea coast, wandering through the mountain roads of the Tzoumerka National Park, watching Meteora's pinnacles and sleeping under the starry skies of Thessaly... this adventure is dedicated to whom knows how to admire the mountains at the horizon while eating Mediterranean specialities, to whom loves the steep climbs but at the same time appreciates the plain, for gravel lovers and paved road admirers. This is an adventure about Greece, freedom and bicycle...

Cycling Ladakh is a unique experience. It's something that will change your life. You will be fascinated by the atmosphere, the views, the long and steep passes of this Himalayan Highway Road.
The Danube cycle path is the mother of all cycling paths, and after having cycled some Italian cycleways, this year we decided to face the track from Vienna to Budapest by bicycle. The heat and the effort were pretty challenging, but the joy of arriving let us forget all, giving the strength and the desire for another adventure. Here is our trip journal...

Cycling Corsica, my first solo bicycle tour, was my graduation gift. I cannot deny that the planning was approximate since on Friday afternoon I started figuring out the destination of my one-week trip (it had to be one week long, close to home, cheap and in a place with mild temperature in February too), and on Sunday I left. At the beginning my idea was to cycle on the Danube cycleway: closer to "my" Trentino bit certainly far from my idea of warm climate I wanted... rejected! Next idea: Camargue and the southern coast of France until Barcelona (where I wanted to visit an aunt of mine): too far... impossible to make it!

"Holland - Australia by bicycle?!?" were my only words when we met Rudd and Michele on the side of Lake Bicaz, in Romania, almost five months ago. They were cycling in the opposite direction, on their way to Australia. Rudd, from Holland, and Michele originally from OZ spent their life together in the land of tulips. Now they are retirees and have decided to make their dream come true...
